The font is available in uppercase letters, lowercase letters, most punctuation marks and diacritical letters. The game also gives you the ability to choose how your characters specialties, with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. So I decided to come back after a long hiatus. It's also the most popular choice I guess. If you are maxing out at 1024 x 768, that is because it is the highest resolution your monitor can display-it has nothing to do with the VGA specification.
Just extract the archive into your Fallout ⦠Replaces several menus with Fallout Tactics textures. My only criticisms would be the font (which I think would look better with the standard Fallout 4 font), and the loot menu (the item name at the top of the loot menu occasionally shows up inside of the dark box instead of above it.
